Role Overview:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and ensure alignment with user and business goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Develop product specifications, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog in coordination with agile development teams.

Ensure delivery of user-centric and scalable solutions that align with brand identity, usability standards, and business objectives.

Monitor product performance, user engagement metrics, and evolving market trends to drive continuous product improvements.

Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, and facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure product excellence.

Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in Front-End Development, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing impactful projects and the application of design thinking approaches.

Hands-on experience with industry-recognized design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable platforms.

Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.

Strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, capable of transforming user research insights into practical and innovative design solutions.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.

Understanding of software security fundamentals and secure design practices is beneficial.
