Contract for Services
1. Service Terms: By requesting our services, you agree to a binding service contract with Fixme for appliance repair or installation as outlined in your request, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretiont.
2. Many service providers specify that they may reject or refuse service at their sole discretion, particularly if a request falls outside policy or poses operational risk
Service Fees
1. Charges for services depend on elements including appliance type, service nature required, and location.
2. Maintenance is secured by a limited warranty for an allotted duration, as specified in the service agreement.
3. The warranty excludes coverage for damages due to mishandling, lack of care, or repairs by unauthorized parties.
Assurance and Security
1. Our craftsmanship quality and materials are fully supported.
2. Mends are protected by a restricted warranty for an outlined duration, according to the service agreement.
3. The warranty excludes damages from misuse, neglectful behavior, or unauthorized repair work.
Responsibility.
1. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from using our services, including but not limited to the loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
2. Our total liability shall never exceed the payment made for the provided services.
Customer Responsibilities.
1. Customers must provide correct information about the appliance and needed service.
2. Clients must guarantee access to the appliance and required utilities for conducting the service.
3. Customers need to contain pets and provide a safe working environment for our employees.
Termination and Rearrangement
1. Appointments for service can be rescheduled or canceled in advance, according to our cancellation policy.
2. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee might be charged.
Confidentiality Agreement
1. We pledge to ensure the privacy of our customers' private data.
2. All information gathered while providing our services will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These Terms and any disputes that arise from or relate to them will be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], excluding its conflict of law rules.
