4. Startly offers Free, Standard, Pro, and Exclusive plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all associated fees and charges. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our platform, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
6. Some plans may include a free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled. You may cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
7. All content, branding, and software provided through Startly remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
8. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Startly at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or if your use harms the platform or its users.
